If you missed registration, or cannot make those times, contact Jane Gustafson.

Please complete the online registration process at USAHockey.com (this is a link directly to registration). You will be required to pay USAHockey their registration fee ($35) online in order to complete the process. 
 

	Make sure you click the link on the confirmation page and print that page out.  Make two copies - one to bring with you, and one for your records.
	Read the Family Volunteer Requirements. Complete the Volunteer Registration Form and bring with you.
	Review the Fee Structure - there have been changes made to the 2008-2009 season.

   As an Association, we would like to see any child given the opportunity to play. If you, or someone you know, has a child who would like to play, but finds the Association fees out of their budget, please fill out the scholarship application and we'll do our best to find a sponsor for the child to play.  

If you would like to sponsor an athlete, either click on our Donations page and submit your donation via PayPal, or contact a board member for further information.
